De bruiloft van Peter & Dorinda

 

De dag startte al vroeg in Grafhorst, waar Peter woont. Daarna reed ik door naar Dorinda in Noordscheschut - het dorp waar ze ook na hun bruiloft samen zijn gaan wonen. Bij aankomst in Noordscheschut werd de laatste hand aan haar haar gelegd. Het was tijd om de jurk aan te trekken. Dorinda werd geholpen door haar moeder. En daarna was het tijd voor de ontmoeting. Peter was inmiddels ook vanuit Grafhorst in Noordscheschut aangekomen. De spanning stijgt, hoe ziet hij eruit? Hoe ziet zij er uit? En dan het moment van omdraaien... Een prachtige ontmoeting!


Vervolgens vertrokken we naar het Mantingerzand. Een zandvlakte en bos als decor voor de een heerlijke, ontspannen fotoshoot waar echt de tijd voor werd genomen. Tijdens deze sessie lazen Peter en Dorinda elkaar hun geloften voor. Heel klein en intiem, even samen. Peter besloot het iets grootser aan te pakken en had zelfs een hele boekrol mee ;)


Na deze fotosessie reden we terug naar Noordscheschut. Het dorp typeert zich door de brug. Vanaf hier kun je hun huis zien liggen. Aan datzelfde water zit ook de plaatselijke cafetaria en kroeg. Peter schroomde niet om even te vragen of we ook binnen wat foto's mochten maken. Juist die plekken maken zo'n fotosessie persoonlijk. Het vertelt iets over wie jullie zijn.


Inmiddels was het tijd voor de lunch, samen zijn en foto's met familie en vrienden. Met een volle maag gingen we daarna door naar de ceremonie in het gemeentehuis van Hoogeveen. Aansluitend lieten ze samen duiven los - een teken van liefde, vrijheid, vrede en trouw.
